As Spirit, you are timeless. You are forever. Birth and death are
just part of the ongoing story which is you as Spirit. You choose when
to have a body, and you decide when you no longer need one either
consciously or unconsciously. The dance of life and death is just part
of the flow of the universe. You co-created this planet as a place to
experience manifestation. Your body is of this world and that is all
it will ever know. You are much bigger than that. You have had
experience in many bodies. You are in this world, but not of it.
