Resistance creates resistance, ease creates ease.

One of the main ways all of us create our reality is from a place of resistance.  The thing you can't stand is the thing you draw to you.  If you go into resistance, if you go into battle with something from a place of resistance, you will be battling with it until you get out of resistance to it.  In order for resistance to be present you have to have something to be in resistance to.  There needs to be a push-pull dynamic to create the game of resistance.  If one person simply opts out of the game, essentially becomes neutral, he or she has a level of neutrality where there is nothing to push against, and the resistance has to die.  This does not mean you let people or situations walk all over you, this means you hold your personal space clearly, fully grounded, fully present and from a place of non-resistance, from a place of neutrality.  If someone can get you into a state of resistance, essentially what you have done is you have handed over your power to him or her.  Resistance is hard, it is charged, it is tight, it is not a place of power.  Resistance is a body phenomena and keeps people stuck in old realities.  Ease is a state of flow, of movement, of change, of growth.  Spiritual beings of light know ease well.  Ease allows healing to happen.  You are more creative and aware.  You are more enlightened when you are in a state of ease.  There is more productivity, more amusement and more evolution when ease is present.  The more ease you create for yourself the more ease there is in the world.  Ease truly does create more ease.  You can do anything in your reality from a place of resistance or ease.  It is simply a choice.
