Present time is all there is. Imagine, for a moment, that this is the last hour of your life. Can you have this moment and enjoy it? Ultimately, every moment of your life is that. If you are always wishing things were different, then you are never in present time, and you are never having your life. In fact, you can miss an entire lifetime. Many people miss large amounts of their lives because they are rarely present. How present have you been? Are you predominantly living in the future or the past? Right now, be whole. Have it all. You create your reality. What do you want it to be?
Judgment is another way of pulling you out of present time. Continually saying things are not the way you want them to be is just another way of losing the moment. This moment is what it is, no matter how you would like it to be. If you can strip away all the judgment, then you can actually be in present time and find the joy in the situation for what it is. Your car breaks down in the middle of a back road in the middle of the night, for example, you can say: "This is a bad thing”. You can get into judgment around it: "This is wrong. This is dangerous." You can buy into whatever your fears are around it: "It's going to cost money. I'm going to be late." If you could let go of all the judgment you have with the situation and just experience it, you could turn it into a healing. Get out of the car and look at the sky. Use the moment to find out something about yourself. If you are frightened, use the opportunity to heal your fear. Consider what you are going to learn in the adventure of getting your car going again. You can choose to turn the situation around. This choice is always yours. How are you going to be in your life? It is about finding that place of light and amusement on your journey, and pulling the judgment off of whatever is taking place. Having your car break down is not a "bad thing," nor a "good thing," it just is. If you can really get to that place of knowing every moment is valid no matter what it is, then you can truly have your life.
Freedom is the ability "to not judge", to be present for the experience, whatever it is. When you realize that everything in manifestation is valid, then the judgments disappear.
Freedom is a choice, and you can have freedom whenever you want.
