As a spiritual being, you are here on the planet to grow, heal, and become more conscious. You chose the perfect individuals to be your parents because it provides the opportunity to get your learnings and heal your outstanding contracts. Out in the cosmos, out-of-body, recognizing the next piece you would be working on, which would also have been the piece you were working on when you left the last time, you chose parents who would fulfill your need to learn. Often, because of karma, they were part of the same group you were working with previously. Many times people reincarnate in groups, and that explains why within family groups there are often familiar beings who have known each other before.
So your chosen mother gets pregnant, and the body you are going to inhabit is created. Some beings move into this new body before it is actually born, although it is more respectful to enter at delivery. Generally, beings will move into the body as the body is going through the birth canal. You do have a full memory of this experience somewhere inside you, and through meditation, you can get a sense of what this experience was like for you. Time and space are relative, so you can actually look at the event as if it were happening right now.
Then you are actually being born, coming out of your mother's body and into the delivery room. You can tune into who was there in the room, if there was pain involved, who was the most prominent person, and what were the people non-verbally communicating to you from that first moment of life outside of your mother's body. What was the communication between you and your mother or father during these first moments, or was there a live/die choice point? What was the first bit of programming that entered your space when they said "it's a boy" or "it's a girl"? The energy present on day one starts you off on the next stage of your journey, which is this lifetime. You can also recall whether anyone gave you a spiritual hello at the time. Were the individuals present simply looking at your physical body as they communicated to you, or was there anyone actually saying hello to you, the being? Every being who is born and comes into body desperately wants that spiritual hello when they are born, although many do not get it. You can, right now, from present time, give that little baby a hello and really validate that part of you. You can notice what programming you took on at the moment of birth and then start to release that energy, and in so doing, begin to heal your birth experience this life time.
