A "group mind" is a group of beings, in-body and out, that come together and form a sort of club, on a energy level. There are countless kinds of group minds based on different criteria. Some of the possibilities include: family, religious, male control and feminist. Several group minds with similar mandates can choose to join forces in certain situations. A group mind operates from a set mandate, and it does not like to let go of any of its members. It will defend its mandate with both games and threats, whatever it takes.
When you join a group mind there is a contract created on an energy level which will keep you committed until it is consciously broken. The group mind can influence you to any degree, and you can slip in and out of it. Group minds hook people by offering them access to more power, very quickly - but it is not clean, individual power. Instead, it is a game that robs you of your freedom. It may be difficult to leave a group mind because the message given is that a being is more powerful when it is part of a group mind and outside the group, it will not have any power. This is a lie. Living as part of a group mind can be a comfortable existence that offers a feeling of security and belonging, but the cost is giving up your space and your spiritual autonomy. Group minds are a loss of personal space; there is no definition to your aura and it is impossible to be truly free if you are part of a group mind. If your intent is freedom, it is very important to become aware of the group minds to which you subscribe, and then, to take the next step and break the contract so you can be free to leave.
A group mind is a type of Energetic House, within which the contract is that you give up your personal space. You give your space away to the group mind. There are many Energetic Houses that are not group minds within which the contract is one of support and freedom. Knowing which is which takes clarity and awareness.
Beings, both in-body and out, may come together and create an energy phenomena much bigger than themselves as a group mind. This is a very different scenario than a group of people who come together and are in support of each other's individual autonomy, and encourage each person to maintain his/her full personal space. In a group mind, the beings involved lose their space to each other. There is a disconnection from Source. Group minds do not get their energy from Source but from other individuals. They prey on whatever energy they can get. When a being is living on foreign energy, that is, the energy of other beings, it can exist off it but it is not healthy, it lowers the being's energy vibration and creates contacts that need to be healed later. Group minds run at a lower vibration than the healing vibration of gold.
What is dangerous about group minds is people can be pulled in and lose their personal space. The group mind will offer you a contract with them suggesting you will have greater power or you will be bigger if you are a part of the group mind (or you will be killed, or die, if you are not). When you are a part of a group mind, there will be a feeling of safety even though, in a spiritual sense, the situation is very unsafe because you are losing your freedom. The Nazis are an example of a particularly famous and dark group mind, where people became a part of something larger than themselves and were supposedly more powerful. In a group mind, you start to lose the ability to make your own choices. You may think, do, or say things that you would normally never be capable of. You take on a different view of the world. You lose yourself to the mass and become part of a collective where there is little individual thought.
There are group minds of varying degrees, from slight to extreme. You can be owned by a group mind from 1% to 100%, and you'll be affected to that degree. So you can, to a small degree, be a part of the group mind or you can be very much owned by the group mind. Teenagers will join group minds because they feel isolated and desperately want to feel like they are a part of something. Family group minds are an interesting example where beings will own each other and lose their space to each other. No one individual can move forward because they exist together as a whole group. There can be fashion or cultural group minds or group minds around having a certain amount of money or being in poverty. There is every kind of group mind you can imagine.
Every group mind has rules, a mandate and a clear contract, even though most people sign on without knowing consciously what they are agreeing to. Group minds that have a similar kind of mandate will get together and form a bigger group mind, a coalition of group minds. Group minds can form very quickly and can be very dangerous. As I mentioned, group minds do not like to lose their members and will start to threaten and do whatever they have to, to keep the person a part of the group mind. Group minds will prey on other beings and other energy so that when people are in a group mind, they will often be attacking others. On an energy level, they will be drawing energy from other people. Remember a group mind loses connection with Source and that constant flow of pure Source energy.
As an individual you can be part of several group minds at different times, and to varying degrees. You can also come in and out of a group mind, and you will find that you have different thoughts and different behavior when you are in and when you are out of it. You have to be conscious in order to separate yourself from a group mind and be running energy at a vibration of gold or above. A group mind will break apart if the beings involved have a connection to Source. Their individual vibration is high enough to have their own autonomy.
