You as the Spiritual Warrior are always working on tuning your energy, having greater and greater awareness within your localized consciouness. You can choose where you want to localize your consciousness right now. It is possible and relatively common for people to have a large percentage of their consciousness existing in a past life. Another piece of them will also be localized in their current body. The question is just how much can they pull their energy back or consciousness back into the present and focus it?
The more you focus your consciousness into your body, the more you can choose where you want to focus it in other places, such as the astral body. The more control you have over where your consciousness is at any particular time, the more powerful you are in any chosen reality. You practice focusing your consciousness so you can get more mastery with simply being present as Spirit in a phyisical body.
Before you do the spiritual work, your consciousness may be running random, not focused or powerful. The more spiritual work you do, the more focused and powerful your energy becomes, and by extension your consciousness. You can live in the future. You can live in the past. You can live in the astral. Your
consciousness can reside anywhere. Remember if you have a manifest body, it is most advantageous for you to own your consciousness in your physical manifestation.
When you own your power, you can simply move your consciousness into the head of your astral body and have awareness as you travel the astral. Notice the silver cord between your third chakra and the third of your astral body that connects the two. The silver cord is always there while your physical body is alive. With it, you can always find your way home back to your physical body.
In the astral body form you can travel anywhere - past, present, future, to any reality. You can even journey to the place where Source energy is at its most pure form. We refer to the place where the pure Source energy is as the prisitine lake of Source energy. You can go there and restore your energy with pure Source energy, having your astral body vibrate at a frequency closer and closer to pristine Source. Have fun with it, swim in it, be with it, and notice how it feels. Allow yourself to experience it as much as you can. Be as conscious of it as you can.
They call astral bodies “light bodies” because they're not manifest, and they can easily shift energy. They shift a lot faster than manifest bodies. It is possible to get every molecule of your astral body vibrating at that Source frequency right out to the edges of the aura. Even when you leave the pristine pool of Source energy, you can maintain that frequency, and then get your physical body to match the
vibration of Source. Whenever you bring your astral body into your physical body, whatever your astral body's been doing, your physical body matches it.
You can let Source energy wash through all the molecules of your body, into your internal organs and other parts that keeps physical bodies alive. Get them all vibrating at that Source energy. Allow a chain reaction to happen with all the molecules of your body, take it out to the edges of your aura, release anything not vibrating at gold or above down the grounding.
