Without focusing your attention on healing, how do you truly become free? With awareness comes higher consciousness and freedom. In order to be free of the cage, you must first be aware that the cage exists. To be liberated from the story, there needs to be awareness of the story. Lightwork is a seeing path. Not seeing which essentially is denial can numb some of the pain, but unconsciousness does not create the state of evolution. With true awareness comes true freedom.
