The Winter Light Week was 5 days of at-home retreat and powerful spiritual sessions.
The Winter Light Week was held in Vancouver, at the end of December. The intention of the Light Week was to support the healing journey.
Yes to bringing more consciousness to daily living!
Each morning started with a conscious routine which included Lightwork Moving Meditation (LMM)!
LMM was led by a video of Krista, all Winter Light Week participants did LMM at home prior to coming to the Lightwork Centre.
We were welcomed to the Centre by a lovely rose. The decorations transformed the Sanctuary into a winter wonderland.
Even the thermostat had some decorations!
Our day at the Sanctuary started with a guided meditation. These meditations led participants to new realizations, taking the journey deeper and deeper.
After our meditation, some participants moved into lunch preparations. Tiffany is very amused with her preparation!
Julia's making some soup.
Julia W's on salad duty.
Participants not making lunch had some time to be quite with themselves.

Back in the kitchen with Keith, things are looking close to complete.
Lunchtime!
The Garden Suite has been transformed, it is a golden tent!
Pillows galore welcome participants to sit, eat.
Chimes gently add a dimension of sound. Meals are eaten in silence.
The decorations are subtle and comforting.

After lunch, participants traded Reading/Healings.
The next session saw us rotating through three healing stations. One of them was Restorative LMM. Movement and stretches supported the relaxation.
Participants rotate through to Healing Space in the Light Room.
After a loving healing, we move down to the golden tent for our next station. This includes a little jaunt outside. Hello Jacqueline!
Scott's hat has the Lightwork symbol on it!
This session has facial steams, with essential oils waiting for us.

There were also refreshments available.
Lots of relaxed retreaters.
And so went our retreat, after our afternoon session we had a check in, and then travelled home for a conscious dinner and evening.
The Winter Light Week came to a completion with a Sacred Space.
We listened to each other, sang together, and celebrated spirit.
A sacred bunch of seeds, representing the diversity of the many journeys.
Post-Sacred-Space hugs. Always a big hit.
Very enjoyable, it would seem! :)
Our traditional group photo.
But this is how we really are.
All in all, it very much lived up to it's name. Winter Light Week.
