This meditation style is practical, easy to learn and extremely effective. Designed for anyone interested in establishing a regular meditation practice; creating more peace, ease and clarity in one’s life. If you have had trouble establishing a regular meditation practice or if this is your introduction to meditation this class series will set you on course.
We will not be sitting cross-legged on the floor, rather sitting in chairs, to create more ease as you learn the meditation techniques. Learn how to center, ground your body, and clear your energy channels and chakras, along with many other energy management tools. Learn simple powerful meditation tools that work.
Maximum class size is 5. Early registration advised.

Unsure? Take the first class to find out if it is right for you. The $25 fee can be deducted from the $255 fee if you decide to register for the whole Level 1 class series after the intro class.

Q: Is it OK if I miss one or more classes? A: No problem - the missed classes will be recorded for you. Just let me know in advance.
Q: I don’t live in Vancouver, how can I participate? A: There is a phone in option.All you need is a headset and a quiet room. Skype webcam works well too.
Julia Watson is currently in the Level 7 Apprenticeship program. Her love of teaching makes her an enthusiastic teacher of the Lightwork spiritual principles. She has taught classes on Cortes Island and in Vancouver.
Her conscious spiritual journey started in her mid twenties but it wasn't until she found Lightwork in 2002 that she learned the diligence, tools and practice needed to sustain a spirit centered life. Lightwork has provided a structure and a reference point in which to rest while the world rushes around. It has become her touchstone and community.
