Over six weeks, learn meditation techniques that get you in touch with your spiritual nature. Each week we'll do light, simple, guided meditations, learning techniques you can use in everyday life. Topics we'll be exploring include:
- Quieting the analytical mind
- Listening to the body and emotions
- Cleansing the energy pathways of the body
- Being centered and grounded
- Being in the present moment
- Maintaining your personal space
Most of the class time is spent in seated (in a chair) guided meditation, with some time for sharing experiences and asking questions.
This meditation style is designed to help you establish a regular meditation practice, and generally to help you become more conscious.

Q: Is it OK if I miss one or more classes?
A: No problem - the missed classes will be recorded for you. Just let me know in advance.
Q: I want to take the class but I can't be there in person. Is it possible to do it at a distance?
A: These meditation classes can be done perfectly well over the phone or Skype. Let me know in advance if you want to do it this way.
