Lightwork Reflexology is a gentle, nurturing modality that focuses on the reflex points of your feet. Relaxation techniques begin the session followed by attention to the specific reflex points, supporting you in releasing tension and bringing the body into balance (includes energy healing).
Please wear comfortable loose fitting attire.
