Learn simple powerful meditation tools that work.

This meditation style is practical, easy to learn and extremely effective.

Topics we'll be exploring include:

    * Quieting the analytical mind
    * Listening to the body and emotions
    * Cleansing the energy pathways of the body
    * Being centered and grounded
    * Living in the present moment
    * Maintaining your personal space

Most of the class time is spent in seated (in a chair) guided meditation, with some time for sharing experiences and asking questions.

This meditation style is designed to help you establish a regular meditation practice, and generally to help you become more conscious.
