As the season turns to winter, it is nearing the time for the Annual Winter Sacred Space Celebration. Lightworkers are preparing for this beautiful event which is a lovely way to welcome in the changing season. After the Sacred Space, dinner will be served, please RSVP by December 1st if you’d like to join in this celebratory meal. And if the chill in the air has got you thinking of warmer places… come receive the healing in Mexico at the Lightwork tropical retreat this January. Our retreat will be held at the Mar de Jade Retreat Centre located on an expansive white sand beach on the Pacific Ocean. Spiritual sessions will be held at the retreat centre as well as on the beach, surrounding tropical forest and at other natural wonders. Gourmet meals are served at Mar de Jade’s restaurant overlooking the ocean, beside the pool and hot tub.
Lightwork Productions - the creative wing of Lightwork - is in the process of working on The Lightwork Band's second album, Your Delight. We are also reworking the live production, Lightwork, A Musical Journey Into Spirit, evolving it, taking it to new heights. The Lightwork Productions crew is also creating a Lightwork documentary style movie, featuring scenes in Thailand, Hawaii and the Lightwork Ecovillage. A black and white (more affordable) version of the book, The Journey Is The Goal, Compositions for the Spiritual Warrior, is in the works.
“After years of holding on, I finally know, that to be truly free you have to let go.” This is the chorus of the song, Let Go. It is based on the core spiritual principle of non-attachment. Scott Robinson wrote the lyrics to this song with the intention of putting the message of non-attachment out into the world in a playful way. Later with Susan Summers, Georgia Hill and Frank Henning the music, instrumentation and arrangement, came together. It was decided that Georgia Hill’s bluesy voice would be perfect for the lead vocal. In the recording studio with Rueben Gurr engineering and adding cool guitar and drum parts the song came alive. It appears on the Lightwork Band’s debut album Step By Step.

Lightwork Ecovillage
The Lightwork Ecovillage has experienced three major storms so for far this season, with winds shooting down Howe Sound clocked at 90 - 110 km/hr. The rainfall levels have been massive. Both the interim-community house and the cob structure are enduring the fall rains. A meditation bench has been built amongst five trunks of an old growth Maple tree named Shadowfax. The meditation bench offers an in-close and personal view of Gandalf our extremely old Douglas Fir tree. The main garden has been mulched and put to bed. The cob structure continues to grow and more visitors are experiencing building with cob for the first time. The interim-community house has been receiving attention with a garden being built beside it on the west side, a new window installed in the second floor and more insulation installed on the south facing wall on the first floor. We are in the process of creating The Lightwork Ecovillage’s eco-entity, a non-profit corporation and the overall Ecovillage design and budget has been getting a lot of attention over the past few weeks. The Ecovillage continues to offer growth in many areas; community, spirit, grounding projects and raising havingness for more peace and love in one's life.

The Healing Journey
When foreign energy is sitting in someone's space, it will sit there as a colour, texture, picture, and an emotion. There will be a blockage somewhere that restricts the flow of energy. The basic principle is that only your energy and Source energy runs cleanly in your space, as your energy and energy from Source are fundamentally the same thing.
Foreign energy can be from your lover, your mother, your best friend or anyone else in your life, in-body or out-of-body. The fact is you have taken on some of their energy. While this is frequently the result of a close association, it is not a requirement. Loving someone does not necessitate carrying his or her energy in your energy system. With foreign energy taking up space, there is less room for you to access loving yourself and thus loving others. It is necessary to make separations.
When you as a Spiritual Warrior look at someone's energy, you may be aware of colours, textures, pictures, emotions and all kinds of things. It is a matter of tuning into your knowingness and devising the meaning of what you are sensing. You cannot ever say one colour or symbol or feeling means any one particular thing. It is different in every case because every being is unique. It involves owning the fact that as a spiritual being you have the right to be aware, that you can look at somebody and know what his or her state is on a spiritual level.
Being aware and knowing what is actually going on on an energy level allows you to see the real picture. So often we buy the pictures of lies and believe the game, and then we wonder why we feel awful. Someone said they love you, but you don't feel loved. So what is actually going on there? Being aware of energy is like being able to reveal the truth or lift the veils. We all have the ability to be aware. It is there. It is innate. We were designed to be clairvoyant. We were designed to be aware. We can do it in our manifest bodies easily. The being can be in the body and be fully aware.
While looking at your yourself internally, you may identify limiting foreign energy that has been passed down from generation to generation, and become part of your reality. You can neutrally say hello to it and know that you can choose a different reality. On a deeper level, the past programming will keep you on the karmic wheel; keep you in a state of bondage. It is a matter of claiming your freedom.
Most likely you have been on this planet for a long time and have had multiple past lives here. When you were new to this Earth and to the phenomena of manifesting bodies here on the planet you most likely spent many of your first lives exploring basic manifest reality concepts - like starving and killing. After repeating this a number of lifetimes, you eventually received the learnings from this dynamic and moved on, usually with a lot of karma from these situations which now needs to be healed. After lifetimes of experience there comes a moment when you are ready to create a situation, a spiritual teacher perhaps, where you can work toward spiritual freedom. Becoming free of the beings that feed on your energy is a big part of the healing journey as they attempt to pull you back to old realities. Stay neutral with it, and come back to your intent, freedom. At the point in the spiritual journey that you have healed all the charged karmic contracts you are now free and are no longer bound to this Earth. You can however return/remanifest, if you choose, it is now truly a choice, that is freedom. Freedom is all about having choice.
