Congratulations to all the students who just graduated from and registered for the major programs. The commitment and diligence it takes to complete a one, two, or three year major Lightwork spiritual training program is considerable. As each person deepens their commitment to healing and to raising their consciousness, ripples of high vibration energy flow outward, supporting the planet and all her inhabitants. So many of us start meditating to get out of personal pain but along the way the personal work each of us does supports the whole of creation in ways it is hard to conceive. Each level is designed to take you deeper into yourself and yet, paradoxically, it supports the world around you.

I've had a couple of nice breakthroughs in the last few weeks. One breakthrough has been a deeper state of body relaxation, and the other has been glimpses of a deeper sense of present time. When I'm going about my day, I find myself stating internally what I am doing, in order to do that thing more presently. So if I am eating lunch, I find my internal dialogue is 'I am eating lunch. I am eating lunch. I am eating lunch'. It's powerful to be constantly saying hello to the present moment rather than to be somewhere else. The world is so rich and deep, and it's so easy to be wrapped up in worries and plans and miss it all. I find these two things - relaxation and being present - go very well together, as being present helps my body relax and vice versa.
Lightwork Productions – the creative wing of Lightwork – has been focusing on several projects this spring. The mission of Lightwork productions is to put core spiritual information out into the world using any vehicle that looks appropriate. One of the vehicles we continue to use is video.
Jeanine is shooting and editing video footage for an upcoming video series called, Lightwork Life. This series will show Lightworkers in action, in their daily lives, as they explore aspects of a spiritually present life.
Video footage from the 2008 Annual Winter Sacred Space is currently in post production. The 2008 Winter Sacred Space featured video projection and silhouettes which Gail videotaped live at the event. Julia T is now editing the footage to create short videos. These videos will be a great way to share the event with those who couldn’t make it in person, and also a lot of fun to view for those who did attend. Watch for these videos soon!

May’s extended evening light is allowing us to spend longer days at our favourite place…. the ecovillage! Lots of projects are in full flow. We’ve got a few garden beds in and lettuce and carrots planted. With many more garden plans in the works. Work continues on the cob structure's roof at a satisfying rate. Six new rafters went up last week alone, it looks amazing! We had a hoot at the easter egg hunt a few weeks ago. Despite the rain we gallivanted around finding haikus, oranges, golden leaves and of course chocolate! The Lightwork Ecovillage continues to be an enriching experience teaching us all how to work and play together while we grow and nurture a loving community.

The frequency of gold energy is high. Pristine Source energy vibrates
at a frequency of gold up to the frequency of clear light. Most of the
time, we use the lowest frequency of pristine Source energy, which is
gold, to clean out our energy systems. Gold energy flows easily in the
body space and in the body's energy system and is highly effective at
washing out anything that is a lower vibration than it. It is a
fundamental healing tool of the Spiritual Warrior. We use it to clean
out our auras, to wash blockages out of channels, to move foreign
energy out of chakras, and to clear out darker energies in any space.
There are unlimited uses of gold energy for the worker of light.
