The winter retreat will be Dec 18-23 in Tofino, BC.We've rented a beautiful retreat home on the beach with a fireplace, a deep jacuzzi soaker tub and heated floors.This retreat is designed to nourish your body and you as spirit.
Fall classes are in full swing.There is still space in the authority class that starts Nov 16.What is the authority class about you ask??? If you are in resistance to authority this means you are not owning your own authority. Owning your authority is fundamental in owning your space spiritually. Clean authority is of service and transcendent. Unclean authority creates karma that needs to be cleaned up later and keeps the world in a state of limited consciousness. Owning your authority cleanly is essential in creating true spiritual freedom.
Prerequisite for the authority class is Level 4 (may be currently enrolled).

Lately my focus has been on spirit-body communication. I'm finding this helps my body through my very analytical, brain-centric work day, and in my life in general. I try to keep an awareness of my body present through every activity, and I also focus on it in meditation, noticing what it needs and what is going on. As a result I am noticing my body has more endurance when at work.
Lightwork Productions- the creative wing of Lightwork- has been working on finalizing projects. There are several CD's and videos which are coming to completion. A variety of Lightwork Productions projects spanning many years are soon to be released. Bringing projects to the foreground and finishing them is satisfying in a different way then beginning a project. It is a powerful thing to honour the whole cycle of creation, including the completion and release.

We've had wonderfully clear and sunny fall work parties this fall.We brought over 38 straw bales one weekend and stored them in the cob building so they can stay dry while we rebuild the straw bale wall of the cob building.We plan to work on that over the winter.
We had an excavator come in at the end of the summer and put in a solidly built road along the road allowance from the public road to our land.We had a hand built road that had been doing the trick for the last 8 months but we really needed this well graveled road to be able to withstand the winter rains.It is beautifully straight, easy to drive, and gives us the peace of mind to know we can drive to the land all year round.It lies between two now unused overgrown dirt roads and so has come to be called "The Middle Path".
While we had the excavator on the land for the road we also had it clear a patch of land beside the cob building for the next phase of building.We then had a pond dug at the end of Maple Valley Road, and a big flat area at Centered Way was cleared and planted with grass to act as an emergency helicopter pad, a LMM field, and a place to play!And let's not forget the swimming pond that was dug near the well!This magic pool completely filled with water within 2 weeks of being dug.The bottom of the pool is clay but in one corner the excavator touched into the water table which enabled the pool to fill to the top despite island reports of dry wells. We will do some research into keeping the pool water clean for summer swimming and do some landscape planning around all the newly excavated areas. A big shout out and thank you for the involvement and financial investment of our Ecovillage community.

As you walk your spiritual path it is important to notice what limits your joy. What limits your bliss? Bliss is possible. What limits your bliss is fear. Fear has to do with a lack of faith. Faith being, the belief you are a spiritual being and a belief in your ability to create what you want.
As you go through your day there are fear tapes playing being generated by programming; a wound. What would it be like to live outside of those fears, to live in faith? The first thing is to identify the fears. Some examples of the fear may be: “Will I ever find a romantic partner?", "What if I lose my friends and family?”, “I am not good enough.”, “I am going to get sick.”, “I don’t have enough money."
The fear programming will be so familiar it can feel like your thoughts. It is niggling, getting in the way of your bliss. The fear may light up late at night, when you are by yourself, you may experience it as something elusive, not pleasurable. This fear is not your thought, it is not who you are, it is something you have taken on, adopted and started living. Your issue is not an issue for some people, this fear does not need to be an issue for you either. The fear isn’t yours, it may feel like you because it has been around for so long but it is not your fear. The fear is like a looped tape going on in the background. Fear keeps you from bliss. Fear is a wound. If we don’t heal the wounds we pass them on to the next generation. You can draw the line and say, “This fear ends here.” This lifetime can be your turn around lifetime, where the core wounds are healed. It is a complete possibility. You can create anything. This is not a perfect picture. You have the ability to create a life where you have amusement, were you are not taking it all so seriously anymore. You can release the old patterns, the lineage of fear. You can transcend fear.
