Mount Madonna Center : "The atmosphere is peaceful and the setting beautiful, from the magnificent vista of the bay to the surrounding redwood hillsides to the craftsmanship and style of the buildings themselves."
The Center is located in the Santa Cruz mountains midway between Watsonville and Gilroy, atop Mount Madonna with a spectacular view of all Monterey Bay. Our 355 acres of open meadows and redwood forests include hiking trails, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, a pond, a hot tub, a gymnasium for volleyball and basketball, and massage and herbal steambath facilities.
Accommodations Some rooms include a private bathroom with shower. Others have access to nearby shared (but private while in use) bathrooms and showers. Cabins are located in a forest grove, and include electricity and heat, but not indoor plumbing. A separate shower house with private shower and dressing rooms, and clean, well-ventilated privies are nearby. All beds are twin size. Price list in US funds and is per person for 7 nights, including all meals:
Gourmet Meals
Enjoy three delicious, fresh, lovingly prepared vegetarian meals. For the hot beverage lovers, chai tea and coffee are available.
Silent Day
There will be one silent day during the course of the retreat to allow inner reflection and a simple spirit-to-spirit communication space. We will do all of our regular sessions on this day in silence. Daily Sessions
7:00am – 8:00am LMM
Lightwork Moving Meditation invites open communication between the body and spirit. This flowing movement series deepens flexibility and balance.
8:15am – 10:00am Breakfast 10:00am – 12:00pm Morning Meditation
The morning sessions guide you through spiritual awareness exercises to develop your clairvoyance, sensitivity to energy and your deepening spirituality.
12:00pm – 12:30pm Healing Space
A safe space to receive and or give a healing; optional.
12:30pm – 2:00pm Lunch
2:30pm – 4:30pm Afternoon Adventure
These outings are optional; they will be easy and fun. 5:00pm – 7:00pm Dinner 
7:00pm Evening Circles
Meditation, Healing and Sharing The evening circle is a chance to feel the love of our retreat community, share experiences of the day and the sacred.
Arrival and Departure
On Jan. 4, arrival day: Check in between 4 - 6 pm. Dinner is served at 5:30 pm. The first session will be an Evening Circle at 7:00 pm. Departure, the last Lightwork session will be the Evening Circle at 7 pm on Jan. 10. Jan. 11 breakfast is served at 8:15, check out at your convenience before noon, lunch is served at 12:30 (lunch is included).
